Further, to ensure uncompromising purity level of milk being procured at Village Level Centres, the company has provided instruments to its trained staff to check the quality of milk, before it reaches at the Plant for further processing.

The company has set up a Chemical Testing Laboratory in the factory premises which is well equipped for testing of different parameters viz. Fat%, SNF%, Acidity Preservative, Neutralizer, Urea and other adulterants on daily basis.

To ensure further that the right type of milk has been procured by the staff at the Village Level Centres, the company has set up the Microbiological Lab in the factory premises for bacteriological tests viz Standard Plate Count, Coliform, Thermophilic and Thermoduric bacteria etc..
